Dr. Renko Dirksen joins the Executive Board of ARAG SE
Dr. Renko Dirksen (38) has been appointed by the Supervisory Board of ARAG SE to the Group Executive Board. As a member of the Management Board of the ARAG Group, he will take charge of a newly created department with responsibilities for Group Development, M&A and Business Organization.
Dr. Renko Dirksen is currently a member of the boards of ARAG Lebensversicherungs-AG and ARAG Krankenversicherungs-AG in Munich. He will continue to exercise these mandates. Dr. Renko Dirksen will assume his new duties on the Executive Board of ARAG SE effective 1 July 2015.
