Incorporation ARAG plc
ARAG plc is an intermediary acting as a Managing General Agent covering the entire value chain – from underwriting and product development to sales and claims. The insurance risk is underwritten by ARAG plc on behalf of various primary insurers, including ARAG SE Branch UK.
Acquisition DAS UK
In January 2024, ARAG SE acquired DAS UK Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, which includes a UK legal expenses insurance company, i.e. DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Limited. With this acquisition, ARAG SE continues its international course for growth. While in the beginning of 2024 the companies of DAS UK Holdings Limited will continue to operate under the name DAS UK, both DAS UK and ARAG SE’s existing subsidiary ARAG plc are working towards operating under the umbrella of the ARAG brand in the future.
