New Board Member for ARAG Allgemeine / Interlloyd
The Supervisory Boards of ARAG Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG and Interlloyd AG have appointed Wolfgang Mathmann (45) to the Executive Board effective 1 January 2013.
Wolfgang Mathmann will assume responsibility for the newly created Risk Management/Controlling Department in both companies. He will also continue to serve as head of the central department Risk Management for the ARAG Group. This decision underscores the increasing importance of risk management to the business operations of ARAG Allgemeine. Risk officers have now been appointed to Executive Board positions at all insurance companies within the ARAG Group.
Wolfgang Mathmann complements the existing Executive Board of ARAG Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG composed of Dieter Schmitz (Sports Insurance/Finance) and Christian Vogée (Sales/Operations/Claims).
