Incorporation

ARAG ARAG zavarovanje pravne zaščite d. d. was founded on 10 March 2004 as a 100% subsidiary of ARAG Austria. The first insurance policies were issued the following April, only one month later.

Growth and development

Having concluded a cooperative agreement with ZM, the second largest insurer in Slovenia, immediately after its incorporation ARAG Slovenia signed a second agreement with the Tilia Insurance Company in October 2004. These two partnerships were followed in December of the same year by a third contract with AS Versicherung.
The three cooperating partners of ARAG zavarovanje pravne zaščite d. d. hold a combined market share of over 28%.

The three cooperating partners of ARAG zavarovanje pravne zaščite d.d. offer both their own products and legal insurance policies from ARAG Slovenia to their customers. ARAG Slovenia will continue to offer its customers the best possible service in the future, while expanding its legal insurance program in the various segments.
